Senior Designer
1 Position
Cooperate with the Design Director and Architect to independently lead the team through the entire process from concept creation to construction site supervision, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Arts, Architectural Design, or a related field. More than 3 years of practical experience in interior design as a Lead Project/Principal Designer.
2. Possess excellent concept creation and design development skills, familiar with various materials and project processes.
3. Proficient in using CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop, and other software; experience with AI-assisted design is preferred.
4. Dedicated, conscientious and responsible, with strong organizational and comprehensive coordination abilities. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
Assistant Designer (Interior Design)
1 Position
Collaborate with the Lead Designer to develop design concepts, prepare presentation documents, create models, and produce preliminary drawings.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Arts, Architectural Design, or a related field; work experience is preferred.
2. Possess excellent design creativity, a high level of self-motivation, and the ability to learn new knowledge and skills.
3. Proficient in using CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop, and other software; experience with AI-assisted design is preferred.
4. Dedicated, serious and responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork.
Assistant Designer (Soft Furnishings Design)
1 Position
Collaborate with Soft Furnishings Designers and the Interior Team to develop design concepts, source products, and execute installations.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Arts, Exhibition Design, Furniture Design, or a related field; experience in project follow-up and installation is preferred.
2. Knowledge of furniture, lighting, and other product brands, materials, and technologies, with good aesthetic ability and spatial creativity.
3. Proficient in using CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop, and other software.
4. Dedicated, conscientious and responsible, with a high level of taste in color, display, and visual aesthetics, and some knowledge of domestic and international artworks and classic design products.
Material Manager
1 Position
Organize and categorize the material library and all project materials, manage inventory; collaborate with the design team to participate in conceptual planning, material selection, and project follow-up; coordinate with and accumulate the company’s supplier resources.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Arts, Architectural Design, or a related field; previous relevant work experience is preferred.
2. Understand material properties, processes, practical applications, and other professional knowledge, with good aesthetic ability and the ability to quickly understand the designer’s desired materials.
3. Familiar with the use of Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills, cost-conscious, quick thinking, well-organized, and possessing some supplier resources are preferred.
Design Intern
1-2 Positions (ongoing recruitment)
Assist designers in conceptual planning, preparation of presentation documents, modeling, and other tasks.
1. Undergraduate students in Architecture, Interior Design, or related design majors, preferably in their fourth year or above.
2. Full-time offline internship for at least 3 months.
3. Proficient in CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop, and other software; experience with AI-assisted design is preferred.
4. Unique creative ability, good aesthetic sense, proactive, and responsible.
5. Internship stipend of 100 yuan/day (based on actual attendance).
