Xifang Gongchen Bund Sales Center won 2018 China Real Estate Design Award.
The CREDAWARD，Real Estate Design Award established in 2014, is the first international design award in China's real estate. Attracting 214 institutions, and 658 projects from China mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Denmark, Peru and other countries and regions.
Feb 9th, 2018, the GDA awards were announced and held at the International Exhibition Center in Frankfurt, Germany. Founded in 1953, the annual GDA （German design award） is one of the most internationally recognized awards. It is dedicated to the award and dissemination of world-class design works.
The winning works of WJ STUDIO is a multi interesting space - MISA studio and house, which is transformed from abandoned old factory building. As a company with critical thinking and forward-looking design, WJ STUDIO pay attention to the outer space within the building, continuity and creativity, by agreeing with the favor of numerous design awards, and also selected 2017 AD100 and 2017 INSIDE festval interior design awards.
Jury Statement： An elegantly executed and very contemporary looking design whose exclusive character and distinctive identity are accentuated by the box-shape space inserted into the structure.
"Thinking is the greatest pleasure of human" said playwright Brecht. This is also the favorite thing of Leo Hu. When we come into the office, we saw him sitting there, wrapped in the black jacket, and seems to be a quiet guy. But in the next communication we find that he was in fact quite a friendly person and was very eager to share with us all his rational thoughts and insights on design. After in-depth talking, we find he is a wise man. After graduated from school, he also worked in the famous design companies and now he found WJ Design. During the past ten years, each work designed by Leo Hu has never only been a product of the first appearance, but rather a long-term consideration.

With the excellent design work, WJ STUDIO occupies 2 seats in more than 20 Chinese entries, and its founder and Director designer Hu Zhile was invited to attend the INSIDE World Festival of Interiors in Berlin for the projects speech.

INSIDE World Festival of Interiors is the World Architecture Festival’s sister festival which also takes place at the Arena Berlin in November 2017. It announces the list of candidates, including 9 types of projects from around the world, together with the WAF, in recognition of the original exciting interior projects, to celebrate the most primitive and most exciting interior design.
